Dear President Putin,

VETOED OPPOSE THE MH17 TRIBUNAL LEAD RUSSIA AS DEVIL IN DISGUISE

On behalf of Malaysian civil society, we SOLIDARITI ANAK MUDA MALAYSIA (SAMM) condemn the Russian Federation vetoed against UN Security Council resolution that would have created an international tribunal to prosecute those responsible for bringing down Malaysia Airlines MH 17 in July 2014.

2. This unpopular decision will put Russian Federation as guilty without a trial nor disregarded the public outcry in the grieving nations. In the same time, we believe only by being part of Joint Investigation Team of Dutch, Australian, Belgian, Malaysian and Ukrainian detectives, there will be a path to regain the international trust and purify any irresponsible accusation upon Russian Federation.

3. We acknowledged the Russian worried upon the committee formed by UN might be unfair and biased. But this Veto should not jeopardize the justice seek by the whole world. Precisely, The Russian should urge to propose a list 

4. We demand on whatever circumstances, the UN draft resolution for international tribunal on MH17 to be restore and lets find the real culprit.

The tragedy of MH 17 was not an accident, it was a murder.
