Adakah Hadron atau KA yang dipercayai rasuah peneroka untuk tandatangan perjanjian berat sebelah

Selepas memberi taklimat tertutup kepada Peneroka-Peneroka pro-PKR, ahli Parlimen Subang Sivarasa Rasiah, ahli Parlimen Shah Alam dari Amanah, Khalid Samad dan Pengarah Strategi Amanah, Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad membuat silap mata untuk mengalihkan pandangan peneroka-penyokong dan orang ramai dari ketirisan yang berlaku bawah kerajaan PKR Selangor.

Rupa-rupanya, ada udang disebalik batu kerana ketiga-tiga ahli politik seolah-olah menyedari bahawa ada salahlaku lebih besar telah berlaku. Semalam peneroka-peneroka asal melaporkan kepada SPRM bahawa ada individu yang menandatangani perjanjian penelesaian (consent judgement) telah disyaki ada salahlalu menerima rasuah untuk kompromikan kepentingan peneroka-peneroka lain hingga menjadi berat sebelah.

Pihak yang berkemungkinan besar kompromikan hak dan kepentingan peneroka hanya peneroka yang kononnya mewakili peneroka lain yang boleh kompromikan hak dna kepentingan mereka.

Ijok land settlers lodge report at MACC

Settlers allege that several individuals who signed agreement on sale of land to a developer may have been bribed.

SHAH ALAM: A committee representing the original Ijok land settlers today lodged a report with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on suspicion of misappropriation by certain individuals who allegedly signed an agreement to resolve the land dispute case at the Federal Court.

Chairman of the body, Mohd Fadzil Ibrahim said the committee suspected the individuals concerned had been bribed to compromise on the rights and interests of the settlers involved.

“The land belonging to the settlers had been sold to a developer in the settlement agreement made by the Selangor government and lawyer from a legal firm, as well as representatives from the settlers and the former developer.

“However, we, the settlers, suspect that several individuals who signed the agreement had been bribed and want the matter to be investigated,” he told reporters when met outside the Selangor MACC headquarters here today.

Fadzil claimed he had the documents to prove his claim, but declined to reveal them. He said he would only provide the information and documents to MACC.

The sale of the 880-hectare piece of land in Ijok to private developers at a price of RM1.18 billion had created some controversy and was questioned by many quarters, including the settlers themselves.

MACC chief commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad was reported to have said that investigations into the issue was focused on the payment of about RM200 million to five companies.
